Ever see Flash movies on the web that utilize sound and every time you click on a new audio loop, the previous loop stops playing and the new loop starts? Wish you could do this same thing for your site? You can.
First off, in your Flash document, create a button that will be used later on to call the requested audio loop. Then, create a movie clip that will house the external audio loop and leave it as is.
Now for the 2nd part. Export your Flash movie that has the audio loop you would like to use in your main project. When that is done, go back to your movie with the movie clip and give the movie clip an instance name (In the Properties pane). With that done, you need to use this Actionscript for the button.
on (release) { _root.Gates.loadMovie("http://www.geocities.com/valerian5200/Gates.swf"); }
In the above code example, Gates is the instance name of my movie clip that I use to load the audio loop into. Make sure to put the on (release) { code on the button only. DO NOT put that code on a frame or you will get errors.
